Order policy

Your order is not booked or confirmed until a deposit is received and you get written confirmation from Sweet Intentions FLA.
Most custom orders require a minimum two-week production lead time unless an exception is approved.
All design details must be finalized at least five (5) days prior to production; later changes are not guaranteed.
Final payment is due at pickup or delivery.
Cancellations within three (3) days of pickup may result in the full balance due.
We are not responsible for damage from heat, transportation, or improper storage after pickup.
Client verifies spelling, dates, and order details when the deposit is submitted.

A 50% deposit books the order. Pricing (price / discount / deposit / balance) is confirmed by Sweet Intentions after review — this form does not invent menu prices.
